Creative Inking Blog Hop: Love all around

There is really nothing better than a sparkly crab that is supposed to be a lobster, right!? 🙂 Hee hee!!

Now, who know's what is up with this card?  If you are a fan of the show, Friends, it needs no explanation.  If not, here is the background:  Ross is in love with Rachel, but afraid to tell her how he feels (even though everyone else knows).  Rachel likes him too, but kind of gave up on it after a thing with a list.  Phoebe puts it all into perspective: She's your lobster:

I just love Friends!!!  I think because I was just a little younger than they were, the show was hysterical, and it soooooo hit the spot!  The sweet thing about this is that my husband and I can have entire conversations in movie/tv quotes! While I realize that this is probably not the best use of my brain power, it is fun!  So one of the sweet things he will text me is, You're my Lobster, so I thought this card would be PERFECT for Valentine's Day.  And for those of you who love the show, I have to tell you, my favorite character is Regina Phalange! 😉 Kudos if you can place that one! Here is a hint, just in case!!

Now I know what you may be thinking:  Dena, that is NO lobster!  And, of course it does not take my degree in Biology to confirm that you are right, but there are 2 big pinchers, and my husband is an engineer. I'm safe! 🙂

I will admit, that if you know me and my sweet hubby, you'd probably believe that the sitcom that more closely resembles our life is, The Big Bang Theory.  My husband is actually a Rocket Scientist (and he is totally a nerd)! Just to be clear, he would be the Leonard from the show and I would be a slightly better educated Penny (remember that Biology Degree?) He loves a lot of the same stuff from the show, and thinks in "science" often.  Sometimes it is not easy being me! 🙂  But I love him dearly and he is pretty darn good to me, so I can't complain much!

I hope you have enjoyed the tangents of this post!  I had fun writing it! 🙂

If you just can't wait to make it, too, please order your supplies from my online store by clicking on any of the photos below.  When you do, please use the hostess code, GUMVJWEG, when your order is less than $150 (don't use it when it is over, you'll receive Stampin Rewards).  Either way, when you order with me, you'll become a Creativity Cave VIP and receive all kinds of fabulous benefits!  Find out more here on my VIP Rewards page  I really appreciate your business and look forward to taking good care of you!  Happy Stamping!
