Stamp Ink Paper Challenge: Sunsets

Great VIdeo on my blog showing my take on the Stamp Ink Paper Challenge: Sunsets!

Our theme is Sunsets, and I have to admit I am a fan!!  We saw some lovely sunsets on our trip and I knew that I wanted to watercolor a sunset background right away!

With the new catalog out, I had decided to order the set, One Wild Ride as my husband is currently building a motorcycle in our garage.  I'll post pics of him with it soon–he is just about done!  But I had to get this set so I could make him cards with it and I am sure he will love them!

The water coloring was easy–I started with watercolor paper and stamped the tire tread and motorcycle images in Archival Black ink.  I then water colored Daffodil Delight, Tangerine Tango and finally Rich Razzleberry with my aqua painters as I went out from the bike.

I colored under the tread with Night of Navy ink.  Once Dry, I layered it on Black cardstock and then onto a Rich Razzleberry card that I had stamped the tread on in Razzleberry ink.

I then stamped the greeting in black ink and popped it up onto the card.  This really was a quick and easy card to create!  Do you need this set?  Make sure to order it from my online store!! 🙂

  1. We don’t have paper pumpkin in Australia . But I do love the motorbike stamp set. My husband is always tinkering with old cars and bikes restoring them.
