Welcome to the Stamp, Ink Paper Challenge! This week our theme is TRAVEL and I have to admit, I was NOT sure what I was going to make for this card. I thought about a sun set on a beach or something, but I kind of thought that was a little Been There, Done That! 🙂 SOOOOOO, I decided to make a Congratulations Card using Stampin Up's Bookcase Builder Stamp Set. I bought this set after I saw a super sweet baby card done with the Teddy Bear (which, I've yet to make, but it is on my list!) and I thought I had better get it out and use it! 🙂
Gather Your Supplies:
- 1/2 Sheet Soft Sky (8 1/2 x 5 1/2) Cardstock
- 3 7/8 x 5 1/8" Island Indigo Cardstock
- 3 3/4 x 5" Whisper White Cardstock, plus a 1/2" strip for the sentiment
- Soft Sky, Marina Mist, Night of Navy, Island Indigo, Garden Green Inks
- Triple Banner Punch
- Dimensionals
The card is so simple to put together, but I think that there are so many possibilities with this simple layout. Stamping the image repeatedly across and adding a sentiment below. I can see TONS of different cards! Just the images in this set alone are awesome! The best part is it took almost no time at all to create and that is my kind of card!
What occasions would you use this card for? I am thinking Graduation, Retirement, Earning an Incentive Trip (hmmmm…. 😉 ) what else?
