Hello to Hampton Stampers!!

Hi all,

I brought a class to Hampton last night for a group of ladies who meet there about every month to stamp.  Most are from Clarion, but joined up to meet me in Hampton at what I believe to be the largest Godfather’s pizza resturant in the history of the world.  We had not met since May due to the floods and these women’s VERY busy schedules (mostly due to their busy kids!!) and finally got together last night.  It was so great to see old friends and meet new ones, but I really missed a few people: Stephanie, Lynne and Whitney were not able to come…it wasn’t the same with out them!!

So hi girls–it was great to have you as always and here are some fun cards for you all to enjoy!!

Img_1893 This REDICULOUSLY cute card is one we made in my monthly card club.  We used the Cute and Curly Punch bundle to create a Frankenstein!!  Those of you who know me well know I am a BIG fan of Halloween–I don’t know why–I just love it!!

The colors are Kiwi Kiss, Basic BLack, and Elegant Eggplant.

The Punch was punched twice–once in kiwi and half of one in eggplant and then I cut the "hair" out of the punch and glued it on top of hte kiwi one.

The brads were added, googlie eyes were attached and a black marker drew in the mouth and "scar" marks…TOO MUCH CUTE!! 🙂  I’m done now….;)

Img_1895 This fun card uses the new Ghostly Greetings printed papers.  I used a Kiwi Card base, Pumpkin Pie paper and then punched circles using the 3/4", 1", 1 1/4,  1 3/8 and 1 3/4" circles along with a few dimensionals and a little kiwi striped ribbon…CUTE!!

The greeting is from the set, Eat drink, and be scary from the mini catalog.  It actually is a stamp with a tag border, so I just inked the words with a marker and stamped them out because I didn’t want the tag part….FUN!!

Img_1896 This is another cute card from the same set, Eat drink and be scary,.

The simple card is just a Very Vanilla card with some of the Ghostly Greetings printed papers and a little Kiwi Striped ribbon.

I stamped the image and punched it out using the cute and curly punch and mounted it onto a 1 3/4" circle punch (I LOVE this punch, by the way!!)

Super easy!!

Img_1689 This one’s for Melinda…she was admiring this one last night…

The stamp set is Pocket Silhouettes (maybe I should do a class on this one…)

The colors are Baja Breeze and Night of Navy with the Urban Garden Printed Papers.  The word window punch was used for the greeting as well as the scallop border punch (what a great punch!!)

The ribbon is kiwi satin…so pretty!!

By the way, I totally copied this card from one I saw somewhere…I like to CASE (which stands for Copy And Share EVerything  but I prefer to COPY AND IMPROVE…I like to take ideas that I see and like and make ’em better!!  That’s not to say that everything I copy isn’t good enough, but like my good friend Deb says, sometimes it just needs your "Dena" touch!  She’s so sweet!!
