I have a few fun cards to share today! Hope you enjoy them! Don't forget, too...I have my Watercolor like a pro class tonight and we will be making some really cool cards--including some new technqiues that I just learned so please join us--can't make it? No problem!! Just let me know and I'll make the cards for you!
The Top Note Die was used along with some red striped grosgrain ribbon.
The reindeer are colored with markers--FUN!
This would have to go down in history as my most prized swap card EVER!! I recieved this card from Shelli Gardner the co-founder and CEO of Stampin UP! When I went on my pink bag trip, we did a christmas card swap and Shelli even participated! She and her Mom stamped the cards...see...(scroll about half way down the post to see her working on these cards)
This beautiful card uses A Cardinal Christmas, the Holiday Treasures Printed paper, Chocolate Chip, Naturals White, Riding Hood Red, Old Olve, adn a little baja breeze.
She used the Top Note Die that was run through the paper crimper. The ribbon is White taffeta and she even stamped the sanded background over the cardinal and the printed paper (thought it is hard to see)...she even signed the back of it...I'll take a pic of that and share later! :)
How cool is that? THANK YOU SHELLI!!!
The concept is super quick on this card...1 3/4" punch, corner rounder and a little printed paper. I think you could totally make a set of cards using the set and the layout--just change the image and colors to make cards for any season!!
The colors are Always Artichoke, Real Red, Very Vanilla and Mellow Moss.
The stamps are Mr Twigster and Many Merry Messages.
The frame is a scallop chipboard piece covered with red craft ink and then embossed with clear powder. The ribbon is Alpine,
