This month's kit is GORGEOUS and creates 8 beautiful cards with envelopes and a BEAUTIFUL gift box with a tag and coordinating ribbon. So Pretty!
I really had a blast creating with the kit!! I LOVE how Stampin Up included so many extra pieces so that we could continue to create fun projects! PLUS, as of this morning, if you are a Paper Pumpkin Subscriber, you can get refills of this (and several other kits) so you can create even more fun cards--the refills are just $8! You can find them in my online store under Paper Pumpkin Past Kits.
I created this trio of cards by creating a mask with the negative piece from the laser cut flowers that came in the kit. I added some Post It's and sponged the flower onto my card, that way I could keep making cards with my kit after my laser cut pieces were used up--and in any color I want!
After Sponging, I watercolored with just plain water of the sponged ink to create a more sophisticated look. Watercolor paper is the key!

So, I am a big fan of back to school! I am very excited that my kids are getting back into a routine, that they will be busy with activities and most excitedly, they will be doing productive things with their time! :) Ok, and they will be out of my hair not requiring my entertainment skills! BUT, I will miss them, so I made this card to give to each of them on their first day (THURSDAY, just 48 short hours from now!!!) and I could not be more excited about the possibilities that this year will bring to them, and I think it is a great idea to let them know that! So I will sneak this card into their backpacks!

Stamping the background is so easy--I just lined up several black glasses across the background. I then added the "drink" inside each in different colors then added a straw and lemon wedge to a few of the glasses.
Did the same on a scrap of white and punched it out. It is really hard to photograph, but the one I punched has Clear Wink of Stella, because as everyone knows, a sparkly drink tastes better! ;)
A little black Baker's twine and a touch of scallops on the sentiment add for some nice touches!
Isn't this the most fun? Who would you send this card to? I am thinking it is perfect for my sister, or a good friend! :)

This adorably simple card was created with the left overs from the last one! Just a 1/2 Sheet of Whisper White, plus a 2 x 4 3/4" Strip of Whisper White. The centers are Perfect White Accents. Flirty Flamingo Baker's Twine and the sentiment is from Birthday Banners.

This is a card I made in a FB Live over the late winter/early spring time. Super easy and I love the look! Made with Smoky Slate Card, Whisper White Panel (3 x 3) and Pool Party (1 x 3 3/4") with Flourishing Phrases Stamp Set and framelits
The Cool Treats set is another perfect way to use the coordinating framelits to create an adorable background!

I think this card turned out so great--and it was so easy to create--I ran multiple pieces through at once!
The Home Life Bundle is another one that just looks great with this technique--it really finished off the House, without having to cut the layer and adhere it to the card. So much fun!
The colors are awesome, too! 1/2 Sheet Peekaboo Peach, 4 x 5 1/4" Blushing Bride, 3 7/8 x 5 1/8" Whisper White plus a scrap. Ink colors are Peekaboo Peach, Blushing Bride and Pear Pizzazz. ADORABLE!!

1/2 Sheet Whisper White
4 x 5 1/4" Whisper White
4 strips (1 of each color) 3 5/8 x 1 1/8" So Saffron, Soft Sky, Night of Navy, Rich Razzleberry
Scraps of White and Pear Pizzazz cardstock for die cutting
Scrap of Silver Glimmer paper for punching
2" and Starburst Circle punches

So this fun card is the result of a CASE of a card I saw on a board in the "Inspiration Room" that Stampin Up had for us on our Thailand Trip. The card was similar to this--but carried out a little differently. I am obviously TOTALLY biased, but I love how my card looks! ;)
